The bag looks great - what were you worried about??? I LOVE the butterfly quilt - how did you applique the butterflies on? (needleturn?) It looks fantastic! Kathryn.
You are such a prolific crafter. I'm really impressed with the batik and butterfly work. I've never been too enamoured by batik, but you've really brought out the best in it and I may have to re-consider!
Love the progress on your bag. Is it for me :) LOL
And your butterflies are so cute. I have a booklet with butterfly patterns that I want to try.........some time.
the butterfly quilt is so pretty and very colourful

All lovely - and the butterflies are just fab!
these are all truly gorgeous!!!
I've just very recently started a blog and I've listed a few of the UFO projects that I want to get finished so I can take photos of them to post - in dodging through blogs I've just seen your latest posting and you have just reminded me of a top I've started (years ago) and need to finish - the butterfly one - I've got that middle section done and had started on the pinwheel border blocks - the list is growing and will grow more when I organise my sewing room and sort out all my bags of fabric, UFO's, patterns etc - thanks for the wake up call (blog title 'Flaming Stitches'), I'll have to organise a few posts with photos of UFO's including the butterfly top
Oh my Rachel, your butterfly quilt is so beautiful! I love the colours you've used. It's one of the loveliest things I've seen for ages!!
