Have you tried quilting like this?

I've finished testing my own patterns for a change! I thought you might like to see my machine quilting. I'm not great at stippling ... I've tried. A happy medium for me is quilting using my walking foot and selecting a decorative stitch on my sewing machine.

My robot quilt has been quilted this way too... not long until it's posted off to Homespun Magazine for the October Kids Special issue.

It looks great Rachel. I'm still scared of machine quilting - it always seems to go wrong! Lucy x

I love that sort of quilting too.
Most recently I used that same stitch but closer together on this project:

From what I can see of your quilt, it is looking super pretty.

my Mum has used those decorative stitches too - they look lovely. I haven't tried it myself, but I'm just looking at my machine and seeing that I have at least 3 decorative stitches I should try
