The Tutorial for the Click to Carry bag is now up at Quilt Fabric Delights and ready to download
I've had the idea for a kids bag for ages. The tricky bit about it is that it has a strap that is adjustable and opens and closes with a side release buckle. This enables the strap to be shortened, so it can hang off the back of the car seat for long trips, then be converted to a messenger style bag, or clipped onto a pram or shopping trolley for safety.Easy to adapt to a small adult bag too, or change the strap if you don't need the opening function. Or if you would like one, just like this, Sarah has a kit here, and Nikki has the slide adjuster and side release buckles here.

Lovely bag! And the snap is a smart idea too!
Look at that proud little face, she just looks like a model!
That is one cute bag (and a totally adorable kid, but you knew that!).
Super cute! Love it! xox
Very cute. Love the blue/orange color combo and the stripes are terrific! I think your cute model gives it 2 thumbs up too.
How clever are you! Great bag, Rachel, and what a gorgeous model. Do you have to bribe her to smile like that?
Fantastic kid bag notion - and mighty well modelled too (pink nose and all!)...
