We were off to the park this afternoon for a bit of a play and a bit of modelling from Maya and Kane. 
So we took a few pics in the Ice Cream top from the Oliver + S pattern. A very sweet pattern that comes together fairly quickly with enough detail to keep it interesting, which is what I love about Oliver + S patterns. I made this version, view C, in size 5 but I have added an extra band along the bottom. As it's winter now and Maya turns 5 in September, I thought it was worth it for a bit of extra wear. Thanks so much Amy for the tutorials and sewalong15 minutes later Maya fell in a huge puddle and soaked herself from the thighs down .. luckily I have changed her into a hoodie a few minutes before ..

our avg summer temps are probably only in the 20C's... I bet that's your winter temps?

Very sensible about adding length. If Maya is anything like my poppet, she grows in spurts and spats so quickly!! Great work, it looks gorgeous. Had to laugh about the puddle bit! x
