I'm still trying to blog my knitting. Stash busting here with a few beanies to go to the Ballarat Soup Kitchen to give away for those in need. This red wool doesn't photograph well, but it's a beautiful cherry red.
Admitting my quirks. Always mean to grab some stitch markers, but the kids little blue circles from their Knex, or just a safety pin threaded onto the needle just has to do sometimes. A crafter in need ..

I love that red!
And look at you all clever knitting with four needles.
So,so kind that with all the heads in your house that you are knitting for charity.
Putting my hand up and admitting that I have used safety pins at times as markers too. Will even admit to using brass curtain rings as well...vbg. Love the wool - gorgeous colour.
Lovely Colour & A Great Cause...
cheers
That's a lovely colour! I'm really enjoying using some stitch markers I've been sent by a bloggy friend. Pretty beaded ones that look lovely. Lucy x
Beautiful red wool. What a special charity to support , those beanies will be needed on Ballarat's cold nights.
What is it with pesky red wool photography? I entirely get your drift. Plus I have always assumed that safety pins were invented with stitch marking in mind.
